The coffee legacy runs deep for Javier and his family, spanning 3 generations of dedicated producers. Finca Zapotitla is situated 1350 MASL in the picturesque town of Zapotitla, within the heart of Totutla, Veracruz. Only the ripest, nutrient rich cherries are picked. Employing Natural, Honey, or Washed processes with unwavering dedication for traceability with every batch. The Geisha’s are grown with natural shade done by friendly neighboring trees of Ixpepes, Oaks and Chalahuites. Herbicides are strictly avoided for soil conservation, and they take pride in their micro batch experience conducting routine assessments at the very own lab. But what makes this farm truly special is that this is a genuine family enterprise. With each member playing an important role in the production of the coffees.
