Finca Huehuetepan is nestled at 1350 MASL, in the Municipality of Cosautlán de Carvajal, Veracruz. The farm is a family treasure passed down for four generations. Sprawling across 23 hectares, predominantly growing Typica variety.
A decade ago, Carlos introduced exciting changes by dividing coffee that was produced on the farm and adding new varieties. In addition to the classic washed process, with help of a friend from Taiwan, they introduced Naturals and Honeys. Based on the last 3 years of evolved processing protocols such as precise measurements and extended fermentation, the outstanding quality resulted in the Cup of Excellence lot; with this year marking their second consecutive year reaching top 10.
